So, the Supreme Court actually issued several opinions lately, not just my favorite, Skilling v. United States. Yesterday, the Court also issued an opinion in the so-called "f-cubed" case regarding suits by foreign investors against foreign issuers regarding foreign securities, Morrison v. National Australia Bank Ltd. Friend of the Glom Margaret V. Sachs, the Robert Cotten Alston Chair in Corporate Law at the University of Georgia School of Law, was cited during oral argument and so has a few things to say about this interesting case. Welcome, Maggie!
