Foundations of Corporate Law (2d ed.)

Yes, this clearly goes into Law Dork Diaries, but I am not ashamed. I love Roberta Romano's Foundations of Corporate Law. I read it cover to cover before I taught my first corporate law class in 2002 (Corporate Finance). It filled in a lot of gaps for me and made me wonder how I had ever gotten by before.
Well, now the long-awaited second edition is out! Three cheers for Foundations of Corporate Law (Foundation Press 2d. ed. 2010).
