Delaware Corporate and Commercial Litigation Blog
Posted by Gordon Smith
From time to time, we link to posts at Francis Pileggi's Delaware Corporate and Commercial Litigation Blog, but we don't link enough. I was reminded of this again today because Francis just posted a link to eBay v. Newmark ... as usual, before the case is available on Westlaw or Lexis. In many instances, I learn about new decisions from the Delaware courts by reading Francis' blog, and if you don't have it on your feed reader, I would recommend that you add it.
