Welcome Guest Blogger Peter Conti-Brown

We are pleased to have Peter Conti-Brown guest blogging with us for the next two weeks. Peter is currently an academic fellow at Stanford Law School's Rock Center for Corporate Governance. Peter will be leaving shortly for two back-to-back federal court of appeals clerkships. We are looking forward to reading his posts on his research on financial regulation and other topics.
