Thanks to Erik for having me on board for this roundtable, and to others for interesting contributions.
I concur with Usha's last post, especially the part about keeping things simple and achievable.
It reminds me a bit of the best teaching advice I've ever been given, by my Dean the week before my first year teaching Contracts:
"Seek advice and listen to experienced teachers, but you must teach the class your way, you must be yourself, for you are the only teacher of Contracts your students will have."
Another thing worth remembering is that most of our Contracts students will remember us teachers, and their experience, for the rest of their lives. Make them feel lucky to have had you.
