Welcome Guestblogger Ron Colombo

We at the Glom are very pleased to welcome as guestblogger Ron Colombo. Ron came to academia with experience working for Sullivan & Cromwell and Morgan Stanley. He teaches Contracts, Business Organizations, and Securities Regulation. He writes in corporate and securities law, and his recent work has some interesting insights into how best to conceptualize the corporation.
