A JOBS Act Primer From Jay Brown & Co.
Posted by David Zaring
Jay Brown and his students have put together a useful primer on the JOBS Act - it goes through the act bit by bit, starts with a review of the old law, describes the change made in the stattue, and finishes with an assessment. Black letter, footnoted, and concise. You can find it here or here. I view it as a nice use of a seminar, and of an online supplement to a law review.
