Glom readers, I'm happy to announce that Urska Velikonja will be guest blogging with us for the next 2 weeks. I first met Urska at a SEALS conference several years ago. I was thrilled when she left Maryland's law school for the closer environs of Emory Law last year, and I am a big fan of her work. Plus I feel that she is a kindred spirit. Not only does she have 3 children (like me), but she is a vital component of my master plan, wherein scholars with first names beginning with "U" overtake corporate and securities law.
