The Federalist Society’s second annual Executive Branch Review Conference will take place on May 7 at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C. The all-day event will include panels on the suspension of laws by executive action, the Internal Revenue Service, the HHS contraceptive mandate, procedural requirements on administrative law making under the APA, and disparate impact analysis. Speakers include Professors Nicholas Quinn Rosenkranz (Georgetown), William Eskridge (Yale), Gail Heriot (San Diego), Theodore Shaw (Columbia), Jonathan Turley (George Washington), Steven Calabresi (Northwestern), Jonathan Adler (Case Western), John Eastman (Chapman), and Martin Lederman (Georgetown), as well as Adam Liptak from The New York Times and Senator Ted Cruz.
