UCLA Conference on Means & Ends in Corporate Law

For the next two days, I will be participating in the UCLA-Sloan Foundation Conference on the Means and Ends of Corporations in Santa Monica. Here is the theme: "This Conference will examine the two most basic questions of corporate governance: (1) Who decides? and (2) Whose interests prevail?"
