UCLA Conference on Means & Ends in Corporate Law

For the next two days, I will be participating in the UCLA-Sloan Foundation Conference on the Means and Ends of Corporations in Santa Monica. Here is the theme: "This Conference will examine the two most basic questions of corporate governance: (1) Who decides? and (2) Whose interests prevail?" Some great people are here, and if you would like to read any of the papers, check here. My role is limited, as I elected not to present a paper. I am here as a session moderator. If we have wireless access from the conference, I will be blogging.
